I have been juicing for a long time now, there are so many amazing benefits to juicing. I always feel extra healthy after I have one =D. There are so many benefits to this juice, I listed them below. This is also a very good way to get in all your veggies/fruits in. There are so many different combinations that you can do, this one is one of my favorites.This juice is very rich in iron, perfect for anemia!
-2 granny smith apples: Potassium, vitamin C and A, Iron, Calcium.
-4 cucumbers: reduce inflammation, loaded with antioxidants, multiple B vitamins (vitamin B is great for managing your stress levels), good for the heart and so much more.
-1 small lemon with the skin removed: loaded with vitamin C, potassium, helps absorb iron, protects against SO MANY different diseases-heart and cancer.
-a handful of spinach: good for the bones, iron, cancer fighter, good for the heart and eyes.
-1 small beet- potassium, magnesium, iron, Vitamins A, B and C, liver cleanser, good for your mental health.
I use a Breville juicer, which works very well for me. If you don’t have a juicer, I highly recommend one! I’ve had mine for 3 years now =). The bin on the left is for the fiber form the fruit/vegetables, which you can use for cooking.
This is what it looks like after I’ve juiced all my vegetables and the apples. The beets give it that dark maroon color.
After I juiced all my ingredients this is how much juice it yielded, I like to drink it from a mason jar. I hope you guys give this juice a try, it’s packed with so many awesome and nutritious vitamins! I swear I feel so much healthier after I drink this haha.
